INTERNSHIPS
A+D Museum's Summer 2012 internship position applicants must meet the eligibility requirements of the Getty Multicultural Internship program.
A+D Museum offers enriching volunteer internships to students from high school, college and graduate school.
A+D internships expose students to progressive architecture and design, as well as the daily operations of a cultural institution. An internship at A+D Museum has a positive impact on the professional resume as well as the life experience of the student. The museum highly encourages students to ask their educational institution about applying credits or community service points to an internship at A+D Museum. Hours are flexible between 11am and 5pm Tuesday through Friday, and between 12pm and 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. All A+D interns receive a year’s membership to A+D Museum.

Getty Multicultural Internship Program
A+D Museum has been a proud participant in the Getty Multicultural Internship program for the past six years. The internship takes place in the Summer for a full time 10-consecutive-week period as a paid internship, thanks to the support of the Getty Foundation.

A+D Museum currently accepting applications for the Summer 2012 Getty Multicultural Internship with A+D Museum.
To Apply: Please submit a resume and one-page cover letter to intern@aplusd.org notating 'Getty MUI Application' in the subject line.
Deadline: Applications are due no later than 5:00PM PST Monday, April 30th. Applications received after the April 30th date will not be accepted.

VOLUNTEER
A+D volunteers are a vital part of the life of the Museum especially in the areas of Visitor Services and our Docent program. Volunteers also provide valuable talent and energy to opening events and other exhibit and program related receptions and gatherings. Hours are flexible between 11am and 5pm Tuesday through Friday and between 12pm and 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. All A+D volunteers receive a year’s membership to A+D Museum.
