A+D + CAFAM JOINT ADMISSION DAY | FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH
A+D Museum and the Craft and Folk Art Museum (CAFAM) would like to welcome you to join us for the A+D + CAFAM Joint Admission Day! Beginning Friday September 7th, visitors will be able to get their fill of craft, architecture and design from two museums along the Miracle Mile every first Friday of the month. Visit either institution and receive free admission at the other!
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
Go Metro and Save $5 on Museum Admission!
Show your valid TAP card, Metro Employee ID, or LA County Employee ID to the front desk and save $5 on museum admission.
Metro provides bus and rail transportation to A+D till 2AM on Fridays and Saturdays. For your best route or more info, visit the Metro Trip Planner or call (323) GO-METRO or (323.466.3876).
Metro Service to (or near) the A+D Museum: Metro Local Line 20, Metro Rapid Line 720, and Metro Rail's Purple Line (Wilshire/Western Station).
PARKING INFORMATION
In addition to metered street parking (please read the signs carefully: vehicles in violation will be towed), there are three large parking lots located within two blocks of A+D. A+D visitors are also welcome to park at the Petersen Automotive Museum for a rate of $4 per hour, maximum of $12.
Please note, parking behind A+D Museum is NOT permitted.
A+D MUSEUM FOR EVENTS & FILMING
A+D Museum offers a spacious gallery for a wide variety of filming and event purposes. The A+D Museum is already a popular location for frequent exhibit openings, fund raisers and public events, and is available for rental.
The space offers a large and open gallery, indoor and outdoor areas, track lighting, floor-to-ceiling front windows, concrete floors and frequently changing exhibitions.
Rental fees are on a sliding scale based on the type of organization and event. All site rentals are considered a donation to A+D Museum and are tax deductible as allowed by law.
